The seven Seals and why it matters, for it’s the secret key that explains where we stand in the last days leading up to the 2nd coming.
I am now 59 years old and ever since I was a child; I had a fascination with revelation.
But it wasn’t until about 2010 that I understood it. One of the hardest things is seeing the many people debate and share things that are just not true because of a lack of understanding. Though I don’t understand everything, only God does. I know enough to force anyone’s hair to stand up straight.
It has been two thousand years since Christ walked among us. There has been much illusion about the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.
I have created a few essays about revelation and let me confess to you that some of it is extremely complex and not always so easy to understand. I believe the Lord wants us to understand, but we must first seek the truth.
However, the truth will do you no good unless you have a relationship with Christ. In this article, I would like to clear up what the seven seals are. I have written other articles on this subject. The fact is, I often share too much in my articles and I will keep things simpler, to break down one topic at a time.
You’re welcome to check out my other articles about what the seven seals are, in which I go into much greater detail. Today I would like to cover and share with you why I know without a doubt that we are living during the 6th seal, for many don’t believe it or see it.
There are many people who believe we are in the 7th seal. Please understand if one understands Prophecy then there is only one conclusion, that we are still living in the 6th seal.
There is a misconception in the world and in the Church. Also, many believe that the seals are plagues poured out in the last days, but this is not the case. The seals represent the history over the past 7000 years, more like past, present and future, plus let us not forget the brief season which is not counted. Which is another topic.
Many members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints go around believing and telling people we’re living during the 7th seal, but the fact is we are very much divided. But the truth is the truth and so the question is, have you studied the topic enough to understand it? I need you to understand it and that is why I share this very interesting material.
Now this leads back to when a Prophet gave a speech telling the saints that we are now in a new millennium. The date of the speech, April 6th, 2000 and yes; we entered a new millennium, however we have not entered the 7th seal and here is why.
When a powerful leader makes a statement that we are in the 7th seal, people take his word for it and believe me, I can see why; it was a new New Millennium in the year 2000.
Later, it revealed that the 5th seal did not happen until Jesus Christ’s resurrection in 33 A.D. So; the leader was very passionate about the New Millennium and the understanding we had at the time seemed reasonable. Now, as time has gone by, God reveals more and we now have a much greater understanding of where we are.
Now, when Jesus Christ was resurrected, this started the very first day of the 5th seal in 33 A.D.. So this was the very thing that was missed and has caused the timing to be off by 33 years.
We are in the New Millennium. But as mentioned, Jesus’ resurrection started the 5th seal. I don’t know about you, but this is a huge blessing in helping us understand the events that lead up to the 2nd coming. We now have a much deeper understanding of Christ’s 2nd coming, a timeline of events.
We Read in 2nd Peter 3:8
But concerning the coming of the Lord, beloved, I would not have you ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
We understand through study that 1000 years to the Lord is one day and that each seal is 1000 years. We also understand through study that the seven seals represent the past, present and future events of heaven and earth.
Now that you understand that the 5th seal started in 33 A.D. and each seal is 1000 years, then it would make since that in 1033 the 6th seal started. Then simply add another 1000 years and you have the year 2033.
So in the year 2033, we will enter the 7th seal. After all, according to scripture, when we enter the 7th seal, the First Trumpet will sound.
In Revelation Chapter 8: verse 1, we read;
And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
Now one thing you should understand is that the silence is in heaven, not earth. Further study and we learn that the seven Trumpets sound, one after another, over a few years. Everyone will hear it when this happens in the next decade.
But in heaven, 1/2 an hour would be 20.8 years for us. So many people end up believing a misunderstanding because they take 2000 and add 20.8 years. Every year you hear someone coming up with the fact that Jesus is coming in April or some other month. This is false because knowledge is key and understanding all the many things that must happen makes all the difference in your understanding of truth.
You add 2000 plus 20.8 years and you end up with the year about 2021. This is off by 33 years. Please don’t believe everything that you hear; study it and pray. Please read the many articles on this website. Most important, think for yourself and don’t be a part of the blind leading the blind. Ask God for understanding and have it confirmed through study and prayer and the holy spirit. You can learn the truth, but first seek God.
I suggest you read Revelation 5 and you’ll learn when Jesus Christ died on the cross; God handed the book sealed with seven seals to Jesus Christ. When someone tells you that no one knows the day or the hour of his 2nd coming, one needs to rethink this statement. Now when Jesus Christ overcame the cross, he received a full understanding and knowledge of his 2nd coming; then Jesus Handed the book to John the revelator, and he wrote those things down. He saw our day. Though we may still not understand the day or the hour, we can understand the events that lead up to the 2nd coming, which keeps us from being in the dark. As believers, we need to understand the events that are taking place and the timetable so that we can be one step ahead. Christ has given us a road map; all we have to do is study with all are heart and seek things that are worthy of our time.
To be honest, it sickens me how much deception and misunderstanding there is among Christians and the leaders of the many domination’s. Though I don’t believe many attend to cause harm, it’s important to study and do our best to understand the scriptures by seeking truth. The more you study, the clearer things become. It can take a lifetime and you still won’t have a full understanding. Always remain humble. Share what you know and ask God for understanding.
TAKE NOTE: There are those who believe we are in the 7th seal. They believe a misunderstanding versus what God almighty teaches in the scriptures. One should study and not take someone else’s word for it, you must see it for yourself. Please study and ask God through your daily prayer. I can not stress that enough.
The great earthquake in the sixth seal has not happened, but it will at the very end of the sixth seal. Many believe we are in the 7th seal and are so willing to ignore the great earthquake.
Now if you’re still not convinced; let us read the events of the 6th seal in Revelation Chapter 6.
12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
There are those who would take the mighty earthquake and say it already happened. But I cannot explain this away. First, this is much more than any ordinary earthquake.
The sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth.
No, this has not happened, and it is part of the sixth seal; So wrapping this up, the 7th seal will open up around the year 2033, but always remember, always go by events and any timing we have is a blessing.
