There are eight Kings in Iran that lead up to the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 17: 10-11
10 And there are seven Kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
NOTE: You need to really slow down when reading the above scripture, it helps to have the spirit and some knowledge of the scriptures. You literally have to do some basic math.
Seven Kings; Five of them have fallen and one is and the other has not yet come. That is a total of seven Kings and it should be noted that the 7th King lives for a short amount of time as stated in verse 10.
Verse 11: And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
The 7th King is the eighth King; the 7th King has a deadly wound, dies, and comes back to life as the AntiChrist to make war with the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ. This happens at the end of Armageddon which is the war against Israel, for all nations do battle against Israel.
We are talking about one King at a time over the space of many years.

Fantastic news for Daniel (Old Testament) also saw the exact same eight Kings. However, verses 2 and 3 of Daniel focuses on what the fourth king will do.
We learn in Daniel that the fourth King will start a war; Daniel 11: 2-3
2 And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength, through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.
3 And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will. Daniel 8:4 Old Testament
4 I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.
So who is the Ram represent? Read verse 20 in Daniel 8.

Persia today is Iran and Media covers a large area that covers a part of Turkey.
In 1935 Persia change there name To Iran; since then we have had four Kings in Iran. This is how we can know where we stand regarding the 2nd coming.
